Group Pricing:		$990 per night for 35 people $20 per person per night over 35
		8 Rooms and Bunk Room available

Minimum:		Minimum 3 Nights
		Smaller groups are welcome, but please expect to pay the minimum large group fee.

Normal Occupancy:		Up to 50 guests

Other:		Babies under the age of one are free.
		We do not book seperate groups for the same night(s).
		Cleaning required.
